These Terms and Conditions govern the supply of business broadband internet services provided by Voicee.

Voicee provides internet services using telecommunications infrastructure supplied by Superloop Limited and its related entities, which operate the underlying broadband network used to deliver the service.

By ordering or using the Voicee Internet Service, you agree to these Terms and Conditions.


1. Definitions

Agreement
The agreement between Voicee and the Customer consisting of the application, service description, pricing plan and these Terms and Conditions.

Customer
The business or organisation purchasing the Voicee Internet Service.

Minimum Term
The contract duration selected when the service is ordered (for example 12, 24 or 36 months).

Premises
The location where the Service is installed and delivered.

Service
The business broadband internet service provided by Voicee using network infrastructure supplied by Superloop or other upstream carriers.

Underlying Network Provider
Superloop Limited and its related entities who provide the wholesale telecommunications network used to deliver the Service.


2. Relationship Between Voicee and Superloop

Voicee provides internet services to Customers using telecommunications infrastructure supplied by Superloop, a third-party wholesale network provider.

The Customer acknowledges that:

3. Commencement of Service

The Agreement begins when Voicee accepts the Customer’s service application.

The Service Start Date occurs once installation is completed and the broadband service becomes operational at the Customer’s premises.


4. Minimum Term

Services are provided under a fixed minimum term unless otherwise stated.

At the end of the Minimum Term, the Service will automatically continue on a month-to-month basis unless cancelled.


5. Using the Service

Voicee will use reasonable efforts to meet service levels but performance may be affected by:

Voicee may collect and use personal information for purposes including:

These Terms are governed by the laws of Australia.


16. Cancellation and Early Termination Costs

17.1 Early Termination
If the Customer cancels the Service before the end of the Minimum Term stated in the signed agreement, the Customer must pay an Early Termination Fee.

17.2 Calculation of Early Termination Fee
The Early Termination Fee will be calculated as:
Monthly Service Fee × the number of months remaining in the Minimum Term.

17.3 Hardware Supplied with Service
Where hardware or equipment (including routers, modems, or network devices) has been supplied by Voicee as part of the agreement at no upfront cost or at a discounted price, Voicee may recover the remaining value of that hardware if the Service is cancelled before the Minimum Term ends.

17.4 Return of Equipment
Voicee may require the Customer to return any supplied hardware within 30 days of service cancellation in good working condition, allowing for reasonable wear and tear.

17.5 Replacement Costs
If hardware is not returned within the required timeframe, or is lost, stolen, or damaged beyond reasonable wear and tear, Voicee may charge the reasonable replacement cost of the equipment.

17.6 Consumer Rights
These charges are intended to recover agreed contractual costs and do not limit any rights the Customer may have under the Competition and Consumer Act 2010 (Cth) or Australian Consumer Law.
