Absolutely – this requires a signed document to allow us to Port your number into Voicee and your most recent invoice. This usually takes around 10 days to complete.
No. Voicee only supports landline numbers at the moment – this is because when people see a mobile number, they will send an SMS to it. We do not support inbound SMS at the moment. You can forward your mobile number to your new Voicee landline number that we create for you. To do this, you’ll need to keep your mobile service active with your current provider, which is a seperate fee from your Voicee Subscription.
If you’re looking to have a traditional phone physically sitting in your club’s office, you can use any SIP compatible Phone. We test with Yealink and support 0-touch integration when using their compatible phones.
