Whats the best plan for me?
Most of our customers use the Pro Plan as this unlocks Call Flows. The Starter plan is really suitable for customers who just want a very simple call experience, similar to most traditional phones – a caller rings your number, it rings one device and can only handle one call at a time. Subsequent callers will get a busy message and offered to leave a Voicemail. Additionally no outbound calls are included in the Starter plan. The Pro plan unlocks all the features of Call Flows, including multiple simultaneous calls (inbound and outbound), line hunting, call queueing and more. Additionally you get outbound calls included.
Do I need an existing Landline?
No! Voicee can register a new landline within seconds once you complete signing up.
Can I bring an existing landline number?
Absolutely – this requires a signed document to allow us to Port your number into Voicee and your most recent invoice. This usually takes around 10 days to complete.
Can I bring an existing mobile number?
No. Voicee only supports landline numbers at the moment – this is because when people see a mobile number, they will send an SMS to it. We do not support inbound SMS at the moment. You can forward your mobile number to your new Voicee landline number that we create for you. To do this, you’ll need to keep your mobile service active with your current provider, which is a seperate fee from your Voicee Subscription.
Do I need special hardware to get started?
If you’re looking to have a traditional phone physically sitting in your office, bar, club, cafe or restaurant, you can use any SIP compatible Phone. We test with Yealink and support Zero-touch integration when using their compatible phones.
If you’d like to simply accept calls on your Apple or Android device, you can simply download the Voicee App, log in and adopt your devices.
Can I link an AI Assistant?
Not yet! We’re looking at integrating a Voice AI assistant to help you answer questions without answering your phone!
Do you have a free Trial period?
You can join up and explore Voicee without a credit card and completely free. You must upgrade to one of our paid plans in order to get a Voicee public number which will allow you to accept calls through the Voicee network. This does require a valid credit card and payment. We do offer a 30 day money back guarantee if you are unhappy with anything on Voicee.
What is a Call Flow?
Voicee call flows visually show you exactly how your callers experience will be once they call your Voicee Public number. The best part is every call flow is super simple to modify using our proprietary drag and drop editor. You can easily create as many call flows as you need and switch between them at anytime.
